Email address — collected when you use our software tools (Subtitle Generator, Lyric Video Generator). Your email is used to:

• Send you a download link for your generated file
• Send a one-time verification code to confirm your identity
• Occasionally reach out with product updates or new tools (you can opt out at any time)

We do not collect names, payment details, or any other personal information beyond your email address.

Email addresses are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), a cloud database hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Data is stored in the European Union.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

When you use the Subtitle Generator, your audio or video file is sent directly to our transcription service (Groq) for processing and is never stored on our servers or any database. Files are processed in memory and discarded immediately after your transcript is generated. We do not retain, review, or share any media you upload.

This site uses Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, general location, device type). This data contains no personally identifiable information and does not use cookies.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your email from our records
• Opt out of any non-transactional communications

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Our analytics provider (Vercel Analytics) is cookieless.
